1、目标管理与过程跟进支持群组目标拆解、方案制定和过程追踪，及时识别目标推进中的风险与偏差，推动问题纠偏； 2、业务与人力数据分析围绕业务、人力、绩效、工时、排班等数据开展周期性盘点和专项分析，识别风险点、机会点和效率损耗点，为管理决策提供依据； 3、经营效益提升专项推进聚焦群组经营效率和资源使用效率，参与设计并推进专项改善动作，跟踪效果，沉淀可复用的运营方法； 4、中台协同与项目落地承接群组统一项目及中台协同事项，明确节奏、分工和交付标准，推动项目在业务侧有效落地； 5、基础运营与数据看板支持负责绩效核算、工时考勤、绩效产品化运营、排班上传及个性化业务看板维护，保障数据准确、流程顺畅、管理信息可视。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，数学、统计学、计算机相关专业优先； 2、较好的数据分析能力，具有AI工具应用经验，能够结合工具使用深入业务问题分析； 3、有较强的逻辑思维和问题拆解能力，善于沟通协作，具备挑战复杂问题的意愿与解决问题的韧性； 4、目标感强，高度自驱，能积极主动去了解业务，识别痛点和机会点，主动链接推进问题解决。
