日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：我们是字节跳动互娱研发专项测试团队，希望组建行业领先的移动端专项测试团队并构建专业级移动产品检测、评测、监测与优化体系，助力业务挖掘体验/安全/成本问题、提升效能，并主导优化解决方案！在这里，你需要面对亿级日活产品的挑战，需要搭建高效且覆盖产品线的专项测试体系，欢迎志在挑战亿级规模产品体验提升和优化的同学加入我们。

1、应用LLM等大模型技术，参与互娱核心产品的检测分析能力和工具建设，提升问题研判准召和效率； 2、跟踪大模型应用领域最新研究成果，用于持续提升工具应用效果。研究方向包括但不限于Prompt工程、RAG、AIAgent等； 3、与团队内外成员密切合作，提升项目整体效率和收益。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机等相关专业在读； 2、熟悉至少一门编程语言（如Python、C/C++、Go等）和一种机器学习框架（如PyTorch等）； 3、有较强的学习能力、抽象能力和自驱力，及时关注和学习业界最新技术和实践； 加分项：对LLM、CV或多模态等大模型（其中之一）具有较为扎实的理论基础和实践经验（训练、微调、部署等）。
