日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、制定商品规划，洞察用户和商家需求，通过选品运营落地，支撑业务增长； 2、洞察供给和业务颠覆性机会，系统性推动业务变化，解决供给结构性问题，促进整体类目快速增长； 3、负责商品分层并制定运营节奏，制定品类策略、推进商品引入、持续优化商品结构，提升商品竞争力和丰富度； 4、通过供给达标案例沉淀方法论，实现业务长效经营。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、有电商运营经验优先，对消费者行为、货品有较好的认知； 3、逻辑思维好，有数据思维，有较强的数据分析与业务落地能力，能通过数据分析寻找规律、发现问题与机会，并支持业务部门输出解决方案，协同团队一起落地实现结果； 4、学习能力强，执行力高，有较强的沟通协调、资源整合能力及项目管理能力。
