1、负责剪映AI应用项目和平台工具的工程研发，结合各类AI技术特点，发挥想象力与创造性，落地有价值的AI应用场景，打造极致的用户体验； 2、研发高并发、高可靠、灵活扩展并支持国际化部署的服务端系统，满足复杂业务场景的需求； 3、研发AI应用基础服务组件，解决共性需求，减少重复开发； 4、AI应用领域的新技术研究和应用，推动适合的技术应用于生产。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、热爱计算机科学和互联网技术，精通至少一门编程语言，包括但不仅限于：C/C++、Python、Go； 3、掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，深入理解数据结构、算法和操作系统知识； 4、有优秀的逻辑分析能力，能够对业务逻辑进行合理的抽象和拆分； 5、有强烈的求知欲，优秀的学习和沟通能力。

加分项： 1、有AI相关项目经验、有分布式系统相关经验。
