1、深入房产运营以及用户使用场景，持续优化业务体验流程，发现问题并制定解决方案，提升运营效率； 2、通过对用户行为及房产运营场景深度分析，建立客观可量化的用户体验衡量指标体系，推进业务迭代或创新，提升用户体验； 3、组织、实施、监督重点项目的开展，保持良好的多项目节奏把控，与多个团队合作实施解决方案，跟进实施进度，包括数据分析、用户研究、方案提交、项目实施及后续跟进，并评估项目实施的有效性； 4、联通房产与其他业务跨团队合作，梳理并规范相关配合模式及流程。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上房产管理或流程体验优化相关工作经验，有业务支持、用户研究、项目管理和系统建设经验者优先； 2、英文口语及书面语皆流利，可作为工作语言使用（投递简历时，请上传中英双语版本）； 3、具备用户体验意识和业务敏锐度，能够主动发现规则、流程中的客户痛点问题和风险点； 4、有较强的沟通协作能力，优秀的目标管理及项目交付能力，有主人翁意识； 5、具备精细化运营思维，较强的逻辑分析能力和结构化总结能力； 6、善于学习，并对新鲜事物保持好奇心。
