1、数据治理与规则转化：熟悉安全风控场景，擅长JSON格式的结构化数据处理，具备网文领域高质量安全训练数据的挖掘、特征工程与迭代优化能力，善于从安全标准中提取可计算逻辑并转化为计算机语言（正则、分类规则等），能够针对性解决UGC/PGC/AIGC场景下的风险评估与内容治理问题； 2、大模型应用与Prompt工程：具备系统化的提示词工程思维，掌握Prompt设计、调优与迭代的完整方法论，能将安全标准高效转化为高质量Prompt，持续跟进大模型前沿技术（长上下文优化、结构化输出、判别增强等），提升模型在内容治理与合规生成场景的准确率、召回率与稳定性； 3、大模型训练与安全对齐：能独立完成模型选型→数据集准备→模型微调训练→评估优化全链路工作，熟悉LLaMA/Qwen/DeepSeek等主流模型特点及LoRA、DPO等训练方案，能针对不同任务选择合适的训练策略，准备对应格式的高质量数据集，评估训练结果并进行调参、解决训练报错（梯度消失、过拟合、显存溢出）等问题以实现安全对齐与业务效果的持续提升。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数学、电子信息等相关专业； 2、具备扎实的计算机专业基础，扎实的工程编码能力，熟悉Linux开发环境，精通Python，尤其是Pandas和NumPy等数据处理模块，掌握基础算法代码开发与调试，擅长数据清洗、处理和结构化，擅长使用AI Coding； 3、能够进行数据治理，组织和优化高质量训练数据集，具有Prompt/Context/Harness Engineer思维和落地经验； 4、具有深度学习理论基础，熟悉Transformer、MOE等主流大模型架构，有真实的SFT、DPO训练落地经验，能够根据训练情况快速评估对齐并锁定调优策略，可以独立解决训练过程中的各类报错并有体系化的模型评估方案，了解DeepSpeed、FSDP等分布式训练框架，具备集群训练实操经验； 5、可以使用简短、清晰的语句描述复杂的安全判定逻辑，能够将网文安全治理标准转化为标签体系、判定规则和训练数据约束等，并与业务方协作明确边界案例，驱动模型或者标准在风控场景的效果优化； 6、逻辑清晰、善于沟通协作，具备优秀的自主学习能力，能够主动跟进AI大模型前沿技术，快速适配网文行业业务规则与安全标准。
