团队介绍：飞书商业化团队（Go to Market）负责将飞书先进产品和服务全面推向中国和国际市场，通过制定精准的业务战略，进行破圈的市场营销，深入理解不同行业的趋势和特点，传递飞书的理念和价值给不同行业的企业客户并达成业务合作，帮助客户加强使用深度和广度，最终让飞书成为各行各业先进企业的首选、持续助力企业组织升级。目前已在中国、新加坡、美国、日本等国家和地区建立了商业化团队，开启了为全球各行各业组织和个人提升创造力和效率的历程。

1、负责区域渠道营销规划与落地，理解区域业务目标、客户结构和伙伴能力，协同区总及渠道经理制定季度市场计划，明确重点城市、重点伙伴、重点客群、活动节奏和转化目标； 2、赋能伙伴开源体系建设，牵引伙伴自拓能力提升，围绕会销、客带客、资源方合作等场景，输出标准动作、物料包、邀约话术、会后跟进机制和复盘模板，提升伙伴自闭环活动质量，识别不同伙伴在活动设计、资源方运营、销售跟进等方面的短板，设计分层赋能和督导机制，推动伙伴从依赖原厂资源转向自主获客； 3、区域渠道市场活动全流程管理，负责会销排期与迭代，负责区域内伙伴的MDF使用、活动策划与执行、商机转化追踪和营销动作复盘，能协同区总，完成本区会销规划并推动落地，对会销完成度和转化结果负责； 4、沉淀渠道营销SOP和赋能弹药，把原厂Campaign、AI产品会销、客户案例、行业话术、伙伴最佳实践沉淀为可复用资产，帮助渠道经理和伙伴降低复制门槛。

1、3~5年To B市场营销、渠道营销经验，有SaaS、企业服务、渠道或咨询服务类企业经验优先； 2、理解To B客群画像，熟悉线下会销、行业活动、商协会合作等获客方式，有会销经验者优先； 3、深度使用AI，拥抱变化并具备快速学习和迭代能力；具备较强的数据意识和结构化知识输出能力； 4、韧性强，有高目标感和业务敏感度，既能下场推动执行，也能从区域生意、伙伴能力和客户购买触发点反推市场打法。
