1、分发与消费体验提升：聚焦用户阅读体验痛点，完善小说在分发场景与阅读场景的功能，提升内容展示效率与阅读消费体验； 2、内容维护与框架设计：基于用户后验数据与消费行为，搭建潜力书籍与爆款书籍标准，持续维护书籍标签与分类体系的可用性； 3、AI应用体验创新：参与探索AIGC能力在阅读场景的应用落地，包括但不限于长文提炼、文本转视频、封面/插图生成等模型探索建设； 4、用户研究：研究不同用户画像特征与书籍分发标准的匹配关系，理解用户需求并转化为可落地的优化策略。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、对社区、内容型产品兴趣浓厚，有相关产品实习经验优先；喜欢读小说看剧，对小说、短剧、长视频等各类内容产品有深入思考，有内容产品、社区、社交、作者等相关经验的优先； 3、具备较强的数据分析能力和策略设计能力，善于从数据中定位问题、发现机会并驱动决策； 4、跨团队协作能力强，具备优秀的沟通表达能力，乐观积极。
