1、负责字节跳动番茄小说、红果短剧等业务的产品研发，覆盖Web、Android、iOS等终端，编写高质量、可维护的代码； 2、优化不同浏览器、操作系统及终端设备下的功能表现，解决兼容性、性能和稳定性问题； 3、从多端视角持续优化产品体验，通过技术手段提升交互流畅度、运行性能和用户体验； 4、参与跨端前沿技术调研，推动新技术在实际业务中的落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、热爱计算机科学和技术，具备扎实的数据结构、算法、计算机网络及操作系统基础； 3、具备跨端开发能力和多端技术视野，熟悉Web、Android、iOS中至少两个端的开发技术、运行机制及工程体系，熟练掌握两门以上编程语言，包括但不限于TypeScript、Java、Kotlin、Objective-C、Swift； 4、具备良好的代码能力、学习能力和问题分析能力，能够快速理解不同端的技术体系并解决实际问题； 5、关注产品质量、性能和用户体验，能够主动将技术能力转化为体验改进； 6、具备良好的沟通能力、团队协作意识和责任心，能够积极推动技术方案落地。

加分项： 1、对AI前沿方向有深刻理解应用者优先，包括不限于上下文工程、Skills、Agent编排、模型评测等，并能清晰阐述如何通过AI解决实际业务问题。
