日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、梳理商业信任与安全相关对外传播素材，协助完成案例集锦、稿件初稿等筹备工作； 2、熟练调用AI工具产出视频脚本、海报文案、图文物料等外宣内容，确保符合品牌调性与传播目标； 3、协助线下活动的物料准备、现场执行与复盘归档，整理传播数据并输出基础报告； 4、跟踪行业与产品传播动作，定期输出简报，为团队策略优化提供输入。

1、本科及以上学历在读，广告、传播、新闻、市场营销等相关专业优先； 2、每周到岗至少4天，可连续实习3个月，熟悉字节跳动系产品生态，对互联网广告有基础理解，有相关实习或项目经验者优先； 3、熟练使用主流AIGC工具完成文案、图像、视频、音频等多模态内容生产； 4、具备基础Prompt设计与迭代能力，能围绕传播目标高效产出可用成稿； 5、能将AI工具嵌入日常宣发工作流，独立完成简单文案与基础数据报告撰写； 6、沟通协作与执行力强，能在多任务并行下按节奏推进交付。

【加分项】 1、具备一定审美能力，熟练使用平面设计/视频剪辑工具； 2、拥有可展示的AIGC作品集或完整项目案例； 3、有自媒体账号运营经验，可提供账号截图或数据表现作为佐证。
