1、参与关键业务和产品的算法工作，包括提高业务场景下的决策信息覆盖、提升转化效率、改善用户体验、探索更高效的商业模式等； 2、深入理解业务和机器学习技术，优化模型和策略，持续提升用户体验； 3、应用先进的机器学习技术，解决不同场景中遇到的各种挑战，如各种内容理解相关性，在线或离线，大数据量或小数据量，长期或短期信号等； 4、深入理解与分析用户行为，制定有针对性的算法策略，促进生态良性发展。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备优秀的编码能力，扎实的数据结构和算法功底，至少熟练掌握C/C++/Go/Python一种开发语言； 3、掌握机器学习、因果推断、概率统计、数据分析等领域的基础知识，了解前沿算法； 4、熟悉常用机器学习工具和深度学习编程框架（TensorFlow/PyTorch/Scikit-learn/XGBoost等）； 5、熟悉常用的大数据开发工具（Spark/Hive/Hadoop等）； 6、有激情、不畏难、乐于挑战，具有良好的团队合作意识、理解沟通能力及独立解决问题的能力。
