日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：国际化短视频商业化变现产品设计团队旨在使客户能够毫不费力地与用户建立联系，并最大限度地发挥品牌潜力。我们希望简化和激励客户实现目标，探索更多可能性，并与国际化短视频创造价值。作为团队成员，你将能够利用定性/定量研究来收集用户反馈，为我们的客户创造深刻的理解和共情，并与设计、产品和营销团队跨职能合作，以满足业务需求。

1、参与涉及客户认证和主数据产品，客户数据是公司的数据平台，整合客户身份、资质、外部支出及财务健康等多维度信息，形成统一且丰富的客户画像；该平台帮助销售、市场及运营团队以数据为驱动，更高效、更精准地获客与管理客户，成为企业智能增长的基石； 2、与相关业务团队紧密合作，包含从业务场景需求挖掘、产品方案设计、到上线后用户追踪的整个环节，为产品的指标效果负责，为各业务线提供持续&稳定的服务，同时为用户体验负责； 3、产品指标监控&分析，与相关团队合作快速识别问题以及产品功能连续迭代，追求产品关键指标的提升。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、英语可以流利听说读写，能适应跨团队协作交流； 3、具备出色的沟通能力、逻辑思维能力和数据分析能力； 4、自我驱动，注重细节，能够在压力下保持高效率； 5、有产品或商业分析实习经历优先； 6、实习四个月及以上者优先。
