1、协助产品经理梳理国际支付的各业务场景，进行清算中心相关产品建设，包括需求收集，整理分析，产品原型设计，协助验证产品功能及业务项目的上线； 2、通过用户调研、数据分析等手段，对清算中心的产品进行升级迭代，推动产品体验和运营效率的提升； 3、跟踪产品的上线效果、用户反馈，进行功能解答，同时为产品功能优化提供合理建议； 4、参与清算中心相关文档的撰写与维护，包括产品说明书、操作手册、需求文档等； 5、与运营、研发、测试等团队密切合作，保证产品功能按时上线。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、财务、金融等相关背景优先； 2、对支付、清算、金融系统等领域有兴趣，学习能力强，逻辑思维清晰，能理解复杂业务和资金链路； 3、工作认真负责，主动性强，有良好的文字表达与沟通协作能力，能高效对接跨团队需求； 4、具备基础的英文读写能力，能够在简要准备后进行结构化表达。
