ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：字节跳动PDI搜索团队主要负责AI抖音、今日头条、西瓜视频等产品的搜索工程、算法创新和架构研发工作。我们的职责是用前沿的技术去打造一个用户体验佳、信息效率高的搜索引擎产品。我们的愿景是做一款用户首选的搜索引擎，我们的使命是助力搜索技术与产品在AI时代的变革与演进。 团队主要负责抖音、今日头条、西瓜视频、问答和百科等产品的业务研发和架构研发工作。 我们使用前沿的前端、客户端和服务端技术赋能于搜索业务的快速迭代，并在技术上不断创新和突破。同时专注于大流量、高并发、低延时的搜索系统的构建，在性能优化上，追求从内存、Disk等优化到业务架构和网络协议的创新探索，在迭代效能上不断探索容器化、动态化、搭建化等方案的创新，技术氛围强，充分给同学们提供自我成长的机会。

1、参与搜索平台能力建设，以搜索效果质量保障和研发效率提升为目标，构建安全干预、效果评估、Trace定位等产品矩阵； 2、为抖音搜索、豆包搜索、AI抖音、今日头条搜索等业务线提供一站式接入服务，提供云平台、OpenSearch、如意体系、数据建设等能力； 3、深度参与AI在搜索场景下的落地，包括但不限于人机协同的评估体系，智能诊断体系，AI Coding等； 4、建设AI时代的搜索平台架构，利用AI技术构建开发者生态，保障性能与稳定性，提供敏捷高效的平台开发能力。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件、通信等相关专业； 2、熟练掌握JavaScript、CSS、HTML、协议、安全、网络、性能优化等前端技术，对主流前端框架（React、Vue等）至少一种有深入应用并理解其设计原理； 3、有参与过中等复杂度以上的项目，或有其他的实习经验； 4、具备良好的服务意识、责任心和学习能力；有优秀的沟通协作能力； 5、有搜索行业经验/Node.js/AI大模型相关开发经验加分，关注相关行业前沿技术者优先。
