1、参与集团信息系统部离线和实时数据仓库建设工作，面向PB级超大规模数据问题，完成对近百亿条级别业务数据的存储、计算与分析； 2、参与企业服务场景下的AI应用研发，包括但不限于：基于LLM的智能问答、智能助手、RAG检索增强、Agent工作流编排、Text2SQL、智能数据分析等方向的探索与落地； 3、参与构建AI数据基础设施，包括高质量训练、评测数据集建设、Prompt工程与效果评估体系，为大模型应用提供数据支撑； 4、为大数据与AI全生命周期提供服务，覆盖数据产生、传输、建模、统计分析、模型训练、推理服务、可视化的全流程； 5、构建设计良好的数据流、数据仓库、数据服务、AI服务、分析系统、流程规范与数据、AI工具产品，降低数据与AI能力的使用门槛，保证系统稳定高效运行，以实现数据与智能的最大价值。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、数据科学、统计学、数学等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉数据仓库实施方法论、了解数据仓库体系；对大数据存储、计算引擎的原理有基本认知； 3、熟练使用SQL，掌握Java、Python、Scala、Go、C/C++中任意一门编程语言； 4、具备以下经验之一者优先： 1）有大数据集、分布式计算工具（MapReduce、Hadoop、Hive、Spark、Flink等）经验； 2）熟悉主流大语言模型（GPT、Claude、Doubao、LLaMA、Qwen等）的原理与应用，有Prompt Engineering、RAG、Agent相关实践；对于harness、loop engineering等框架有比较深入研究和实践； 3）有Text2SQL、智能数据分析、NL2Data、多模态等方向的实践或研究经验； 5、思路清晰，善于思考，有较强的数据分析能力与工程落地能力，能独立分析问题并推动解决问题； 6、对AI技术在企业服务场景的应用有浓厚兴趣，具备良好的学习能力、沟通协作能力与责任心。
