1、基于业务标签与数据拆解审核交付指标，对业务异动归因，输出优化方案并落地，保障业务目标达成； 2、优化人审模板、流程与工具，减少无效审核工单；协同算法迭代汽车内容机审策略，提升自动化效率； 3、负责汽车大模型数据验收，落地抽检、打分、AB实验；分析用户反馈驱动产品、模型优化，依托数据制定内容运营方案，对线上内容表现负责。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、有汽车行业或内容、生态治理、运营岗位的实习经历优先；会熟练使用包括飞书、Excel、AIGC大模型等办公软件，具备策略方案落地、跨部门协同经验； 3、了解审核行业的基础逻辑，了解人机协同审核优化逻辑； 4、风险意识强，逻辑清晰，擅长从数据定位问题并输出可落地策略。
