1、协助推动小游戏方向下效果广告产品的落地，提升广告产品在小游戏行业的渗透率与使用效果； 2、参与产品测试与效果回收相关工作，协助分析产品表现并提出优化建议； 3、参与分析游戏行业广告主在抖音内的经营和投广现状，挖掘其核心痛点与需求； 4、协助进行投放数据的初步分析，参与客户投放效果的复盘； 5、配合团队拆解大目标到过程指标，参与制定行业解决方案，并协同各团队推动项目落地。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，广告、市场营销等相关专业优先； 2、对游戏和广告行业有兴趣和热情，关注游戏行业动态，对广告产品和营销玩法有好奇心和探索欲； 3、具备良好的逻辑思维和学习能力，能够快速理解小游戏相关产品能力和生态；沟通协调能力强，能够与团队成员及跨部门协作方有效沟通； 4、具备基础的数据分析能力，能够从数据中发现问题和机会； 5、能够稳定实习3个月以上，每周工作4天及以上。
