1、负责番茄业务短剧、网文、有声等各内容方向的素材策略产出，推动内容增长目标达成； 2、制定合理的各内容体裁增量目标、研究各内容方向带增量方法，看清各产品、各题材下的增量价值、节奏； 3、对接内容策略、素材生产和效广投放渠道，统筹各方资源，对各方向拉动的DNU和DAU负责； 4、关注各内容方向的行业趋势，内容热点，监控市场内容增长策略，及时跟进、创新。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、有网文/短剧行业增长相关实习经验或内容爱好者优先； 3、具备良好思维逻辑，善于思考和归纳总结，有较强的复杂问题处理能力；较强的项目管理能力，善于沟通和跨团队协同，有团队合作意识； 4、逻辑清晰，具备抽象思维能力，善于发现和总结规律，并进行体系化、结构化的输出与呈现； 5、沟通表达清晰、具备良好的沟通及协同能力，做好内外部沟通协同，推动问题解决； 6、对信息流投放广告有一定理解，对内容生产-素材制作-投放全链路情况有认知；能熟练的运营数据分析和内容分析方法，定位问题并针对性做优化策略。
