团队介绍：依托抖音集团的科技能力和产品，我们为抖音电商、生活服务、直播等场景提供金融服务，为抖音用户提供更好的支付、消费金融、保险等金融服务。科技创新，普惠大众。风控模型算法团队服务财经各业务场景的风控模型/大模型能力建设，负责包括支付，信贷，保险等业务场景的算法模型体系建设，以及大模型在各个业务场景的应用。探索包括生成式大模型，深度学习，自动化等前沿技术在金融和风控领域的全面应用。建设行业领先的金融风控算法能力，支持财经业务的增长。

课题介绍： 字节财经团队专注解决金融场景中智能Agent、实时语音交互、智能风控等应用的技术挑战，通过在金融场景的大模型领域后训练与微调，实现金融Agent智能助手的长历史上下文的记忆、金融级别的指令遵循、支持多模态输入输出、低延迟实时语音对话生成、大模型对系统信息感知和个性化对话等能力，以及针对AIGC的伪造内容进行攻防、结合大模型和深度学习的全新的风控建模等。

课题挑战： 1、支持领域知识注入的端到端文本和语音生成问题； 2、领域知识注入的大模型后训练和对齐； 3、Multi Agent System中的智能决策与系统感知； 4、基于宏观经济和结构化数据的智能风控建模。

课题价值： 1、支持领域知识注入的实时语音对话模型； 2、金融场景的通用智能助手，提升财经各业务场景的GMV和转化率，同时提升用户体验； 3、搭建金融风控场景的Agent，提升对风控业务的预测准确率及优化模型性能。

1、2027届及以后毕业，博士在读，人工智能、计算机、数学、统计学相关专业者优先； 2、具备优秀的编码能力，扎实的数据结构和算法功底； 3、优秀的分析问题和解决问题能力，对技术有热情，有良好的沟通表达能力和团队合作精神； 4、熟悉机器学习、自然语言处理、数据挖掘中的一项或多项； 5、在ICML/CVPR/NeurIPS/ACL等顶级期刊会议上发表论文者优先。
