1、负责火山引擎稳定性治理、智能运维、公共服务区云管等平台，以及火山引擎核心基础组件的设计和后端工程研发； 2、参与产品需求讨论、研发方案设计及代码实现等，编写和维护相关平台的技术文档； 3、解决系统中的关键问题和技术难题； 4、根据业务发展需要对相关技术做前瞻性调研工作。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、通信等相关专业优先； 2、掌握算法、数据结构等基础知识，至少熟练使用一门编程（Go/Python/C/C++等）； 3、熟悉开源监控、运维类系统或有二次开发经验者优先；有AIOps算法&工程实践经验者优先； 4、积极乐观，责任心强，工作认真细致，具有良好的团队沟通与协作能力； 5、热爱编程，有较强的学习能力，有强烈的求知欲、好奇心和进取心，能及时关注和学习业界最新技术。
