1、构建面向法律、合规与审计场景的垂直AI平台（类似Harvey AI），通过大模型与AI Agent技术，赋能产品研发全流程的风险识别与自动化决策；推动AI在复杂企业场景中的规模化应用； 2、探索Agent-based Architecture（Multi-Agent/Tool Use/Planning；包括多步推理、工具调用、Workflow Orchestration等；构建从需求理解→风险识别→证据生成→报告输出的端到端AI系统； 3、优化大模型Prompt、Tool Calling、结构化输出，提高模型在专业场景中的准确性与稳定性，参与RLHF/Reward Modeling等后训练流程，提升模型在法律与合规推理中的表现，设计评估指标（Accuracy/Recall/Hallucination Rate），定位问题，并持续优化模型效果； 4、构建高质量训练与评测数据集（法律文本、PRD、历史案例等），参与数据清洗、标注与质量评估，提升数据一致性与可用性，探索RAG/GraphRAG/案例-Based Reasoning等知识增强方案； 5、开发和维护与模型相关的后端服务（API/Pipeline/Workflow Engine），支持模型在线推理服务的性能优化与稳定性保障，参与AI系统在实际业务中的部署与迭代。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能、数据科学等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉机器学习/深度学习基础，了解Transformer基本原理，有大模型应用经验（如GPT、Claude、BERT等），具备提示词工程实践；有以下经验者优先：AI Agent、工具使用、Function Calling、RAG、GraphRAG、RLHF、强化学习、后训练优化； 3、具备一定后端开发技能，熟悉一种后端编程语言如Node.js、Java或C++；有RESTful API开发经验者优先； 4、参与过机器学习或深度学习相关的实习、课程项目或个人项目；在开源项目中有贡献，有参与大模型（如GPT、BERT）优化经验者优先； 5、具有较强的分析和解决问题的能力，良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，快速学习和应用新技术的能力。
