1、负责今日头条、悟空浏览器等多个产品方向的服务端开发工作； 2、负责架构设计和开发，为亿级用户提供优质顺畅的信息服务和极致体验； 3、参与设计系统技术方案，代码开发和系统调优，制定代码规范、测试规范，建立起开发质量控制方法； 4、协助团队攻克各种高并发、数据隔离、系统解耦等方面的技术难关；参与各专项技术调研，新技术引入等前瞻项目；参与机器学习与异构计算系统研发； 5、AI Coding实践与AI能力融入：使用AI Coding工具（如Cursor、Copilot、TRAE、Claude Code等）辅助日常开发，探索AI驱动的研发提效方式；参与将AI能力融入到业务技术方案设计与落地，在实践中验证和优化AI驱动开发流程，持续提升生产力。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、热爱计算机科学和技术，精通至少一门编程语言，包括但不仅限于：Java、C、C++、PHP、Python、Go； 3、掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，深入理解数据结构、算法和操作系统知识； 4、有优秀的逻辑分析能力，能够对业务逻辑进行合理的抽象和拆分； 5、良好的沟通能力与自驱力，能在AI辅助下独立推进任务。

加分项： 1、有使用AI工具独立完成项目、课程设计或开源贡献的实战经验； 2、有AI Agent/Context Engineering/Harness Engineering等方向的实践或思考； 3、活跃于GitHub、技术博客或开发者社区，有持续的技术输出。
