1、客户数据体系维护：负责客户基础信息的收集、清洗、验证与更新，确保数据的准确性与时效性，为所有客户运营动作提供可靠的数据基石； 2、客户冲突处理与流程优化：负责执行客户开发归属的判定规则，并对客户开发中的潜在风险进行评估与判定； 3、运营机制监控与迭代：负责客户管理规则的日常运营与监控，跟踪、记录并反馈流程中的问题与风险；协助进行阶段性复盘，通过数据分析为优化运营策略提供支持； 4、跨部门协同推进：作为运营枢纽，与销售、BP等团队紧密协作，推动客户相关问题的高效解决； 5、工具与效率提升：积极学习并掌握各类运营与数据分析工具（包括AI工具），致力于通过技术手段提升客户运营工作的自动化与智能化水平。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、卓越的沟通与协作能力：具备出色的口头和书面表达能力，善于与人打交道，能够清晰、有条理地进行跨部门沟通，并有效推动事务进展； 3、高执行力与推动力：做事积极主动，对分配的任务能快速响应并闭环；不惧困难，有强烈的责任心和主人翁意识，能主动推动工作向前发展； 4、快速学习与适应能力：具备优秀的学习能力，能迅速熟悉业务、产品及客户，对未知领域抱有好奇心，并能快速适应快节奏的工作环境； 5、加分项：有流程优化、数据分析或使用AI工具解决实际问题的项目经验者优先。
