1、方案构建与迭代：基于火山引擎产品能力及产品研发资源，主导智驾大模型研发场景专属解决方案的设计、打磨及迭代优化，确保方案与技术底座深度适配； 2、售前全链路支撑：面向汽车主机厂、智驾产业链核心厂商等客户，联动售前及销售团队提供全流程支撑，包括方案宣讲、Demo演示、需求挖掘、定制化方案输出及迭代优化； 3、商业价值闭环：负责方案商业模式设计，制定计费规则、收费体系及运营策略，牵头拆解并落地业务目标，把控业务增长节奏； 4、跨域协同落地：统筹内外部资源，明确各产品线、产品研发团队在方案场景中的分工界面，推动跨团队协同，保障智驾大模型方案的高效孵化与迭代落地。

1、智能驾驶领域专业能力：精通智能驾驶研发全流程，具备智能驾驶研发/产品相关实战经验，对主流智能驾驶技术路线（如感知、决策、规控等）有体系化认知，具备智能驾驶产品经理、算法/工程研发背景优先； 2、大模型应用能力：深入了解市面主流大模型产品特性，具备大模型在智能驾驶研发场景（如数据处理、模型训练、仿真测试等）的应用实践经验； 3、跨团队推动能力：具备与算法、工程、测试等技术团队的高效沟通能力，能精准对齐需求、协调资源，推动方案从设计到落地的全流程闭环； 4、方案与架构能力：具备独立的产品方案构建及技术架构设计能力，可将客户智能驾驶业务需求转化为可落地的产品需求及技术方案； 5、综合技术与商业素养：掌握基础云计算知识，具备数据分析能力；具备商业模式设计及价值转化能力，可实现技术方案到商业价值的高效转化。
