1、负责抖音体验平台的服务端研发工作，包括体验诊断、体验防劣化、用户反馈等； 2、理解业务需求，完成服务端相关的功能设计和开发； 3、设计高性能数据存取方案，优化Hive/ClickHouse等大数据组件存取效率； 4、优化平台服务性能，搭建数据链路监控体系，确保服务稳定和高效运行； 5、项目中积极有效沟通，准确地定位并跟踪问题，推动问题及时合理地解决。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、具有扎实的编程能力，有优秀的设计和代码质量； 3、深刻理解计算机原理，有良好的数据结构和算法基础； 4、熟悉MySQL、Redis、消息队列等常用Web组件； 5、每周可实习4天以上，可实习4个月以上。
