ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：Data-抖音-数据科学是以统计学和机器学习为基础的量化分析团队。团队致力于通过AB实验、因果推断、模型搭建等技术手段，支持和赋能推荐模型&策略迭代，为业务发现新的增长点。团队负责抖音系app的数据科学工作，聚焦于解决短视频推荐、内容消费、社区互动、社交、商业化增长场景中的数据科学问题。

1、机会发现：分析用户行为数据，定位业务发展中的关键问题，给出解决方案，为业务挖掘新的增长点； 2、指标建设：构建核心指标体系，刻画业务发展现状，量化推荐模型效果； 3、实验设计：主导A/B实验全流程，通过因果推断技术评估算法迭代效果，给出模型优化建议； 4、优化决策：参与到决定平台长期发展的关键决策中，通过数据驱动团队高效、科学决策，为平台的创新和可持续发展提供保障。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，数学/统计学/运筹学/数据科学/计算机/经济学/商业分析等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的数理统计基础，熟练掌握统计、机器学习、实验设计等领域的基础理论；熟练掌握SQL，熟悉R/Python/SAS中的一种或者多种工具； 3、具备严谨的逻辑思维能力，良好的沟通协作能力和数据敏感度，对于探索和挑战充满热情； 4、有用户同理心，能够快速理解用户需求，并发掘其与数据之间的关联； 5、在相关领域国际会议或期刊上发表过论文，或在业界公认的主流竞赛中取得过排名靠前的比赛成绩者优先。
