1、设计电商流量分发机制与商业化策略，深入理解内容和货架电商场景下的用户、商家与平台生态，协同运营、算法等团队，承接具体流量方向的策略设计、实验和迭代，围绕流量分发机制、流量调控及商业化效率提升持续优化，在用户体验、商家成长与平台效率之间寻找最优解； 2、分析与优化高复杂度、多目标的流量策略，基于数据分析、实验评估和业务洞察，判断不同流量场景下的效率提升空间，独立负责具体策略问题的分析、方案设计和落地推进，持续优化流量变现效率、用户逛买体验和商家经营效果，参与构建更健康、更可持续的电商流量生态； 3、推进AI在电商流量与用户决策链路中的应用，围绕购物链路、消费决策支持、用户意图理解、流量调控等方向，负责AI应用场景中的具体策略模块建设，探索并落地AI能力在真实业务中的应用，利用AI更好地理解用户需求、优化用户体验，并提升策略判断与自动化决策能力； 4、构建AI驱动的商家经营与生态牵引能力，结合商家经营诉求与平台流量机制，负责商家经营建议、流量获取决策辅助、生态健康牵引等方向的策略探索与机制建设，帮助商家更高效地理解流量分配导向、提升经营效率，并推动平台生态长期健康发展； 5、探索AI驱动的新变现模式，围绕AI导购、AI搜索等新场景下的变现策略，结合生成式推荐、智能预估模型和AIGC能力，负责新变现模式中具体方向的策略设计、实验验证、效果分析和持续迭代，探索更适配AI交互形态和用户消费决策链路的新变现模式，推动相关能力在真实电商场景中落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、数学、统计学、数据科学、信息管理、经济学等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的逻辑思维和数据分析能力，能够从复杂业务问题中拆解关键变量，基于数据、实验和业务理解形成判断； 3、对AI技术及其在真实业务场景中的应用有浓厚兴趣，有AI工具使用、数据建模、策略分析、产品实验、算法理解等相关实践经验者优先； 4、对电商、流量分发、推荐/搜索、商业化、商家经营等方向有好奇心，愿意深入理解复杂业务机制，并持续学习前沿技术和业务模式； 5、具备良好的沟通协作能力和项目推动能力，能够与业务、算法、研发、产品等多角色高效协同，推动策略从分析、设计到落地迭代； 6、自我驱动，注重细节，具备主人翁精神，能够在快速变化的业务环境中保持高效执行和深度思考。
