1、主要支持的岗位类型包括不限于市场营销、营销策划、商业化运营、电商营销、大客户销售、渠道销售等岗位； 2、参与业务人才策略制定，明确「为什么招聘」「招聘什么样的人」，从业务维度理解HR的价值； 3、体验多元招聘渠道，运用字节跳动完善的人才库系统，培养「精准定位合适候选人」的判断力； 4、开展市场调研并输出专业人才地图报告，为业务人才的关键问题提供解决方案，成为业务团队信赖的策略支持者； 5、分析招聘数据，定位流程卡点并推动优化，以数据驱动提升招聘效率、缩短招聘周期； 6、合理利用招聘资源，通过不同渠道的管理提高招聘效率，达成招聘目标。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，人力资源、管理学、心理学等相关专业优先； 2、具备出色沟通能力，能够在一定的指导下独立完成在招聘环节对内对外的沟通协调工作，有行业相关实习是加分项； 3、具有结果导向的执行力，能够对目标有主人翁意识，以终为始地主动行动； 4、较好的调节能力，能够应对激进目标的执行和推进工作； 5、加分项：英文流利，愿意接受调剂到其他岗位面试； 6、请在简历中标注：意向工作地点。
