1、负责构建云安全的技术能力，包括构建安全分析平台； 2、负责构建云安全运营平台，包括系统和流程； 3、负责协调研发团队，形成安全引擎的技术需求； 4、负责跟踪业界安全动向，特别是服务器、大模型/智能体攻防安全的新技术和趋势； 5、负责团队的安全能力输出； 6、协助部门负责人培养安全分析和运营相关人员。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉各种网络安全相关技术资源； 3、熟悉操作系统工作原理； 4、熟练掌握Python、Shell、Yara、Lua或Golang语言； 5、快速掌握AI Coding类IDE、CLI。

加分项： 1、AI Coding开发实践优先； 2、参加过CTF类竞赛并拿过名次优先； 3、参加过HW攻防、值守等优先； 4、熟悉大模型Prompt Engineering，SFT、智能体等MVP实践优先； 5、ToB安全厂商核心攻防能力开发、研究者优先。
