日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与平台级大促活动（S/SS）、行业活动、品牌营销活动及IP专项的全流程执行协同，根据既定SOP独立负责执行模块，保障活动按时、高质量上线； 2、协助对接本地KOL及达人资源，参与达人内容合作与直播营销相关活动的沟通协调及落地； 3、与行业客户经理、用户研究、达人运营、设计、产品、研发等跨职能团队协同推进活动创建与优化； 4、负责活动核心数据的追踪与分析（包括订单量、GMV、转化率等关键指标），独立完成活动效果复盘，输出数据洞察与优化建议，为后续活动策略提供数据支撑； 5、持续收集并整理美国本地市场信息，包括消费人群特征、流行趋势、热门内容、达人动态及行业动向，通过对本地电商平台、社交媒体、独立站及线下零售市场的调研分析，协助输出品类市场分析报告，挖掘本地化货盘与营销机会； 6、对活动执行流程与关键经验进行整理沉淀，协助完善活动SOP，推动经验可复用与流程持续优化。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、有平台营销或活动运营经验者优先，了解电商营销活动全流程，有国际电商达人内容运营、直播运营、短视频运营相关经验者优先，英语可作为工作语言，有国际化学习或生活经历者优先，尤其具备美国市场相关背景； 3、具备良好的沟通与跨团队协作能力，学习能力强，执行力高，能独立推进工作； 4、具备一定的视觉审美与营销意识，对广告及内容表达有个人判断者加分，具备市场敏锐度，能够快速捕捉市场动态、消费趋势与内容热点变化； 5、具备良好的数据分析能力与业务敏感度，熟悉基础电商数据指标（如GMV、转化率、UV、客单价等），能基于数据驱动分析与决策； 6、每周可实习5天，连续实习4个月及以上。
