团队介绍：小荷健康是字节跳动旗下的医疗健康品牌，我们致力于利用大模型技术，探索医疗健康服务的新范式，孵化了“小荷AI医生”app，为用户提供专业的健康咨询服务。小荷健康拥有专业的医学和互联网产研团队，认真探索AI医疗。

1、负责对外合作方案的策划与撰写，针对与医疗机构、相关部门的合作场景，结合业务需求与医学前沿，梳理合作要点、提炼合作价值、设计合作模式与落地路径，支撑合作洽谈与签约落地； 2、持续追踪全球医疗健康领域政策法规、行业标准及发展趋势，开展政策解读与影响分析，形成研究报告，为公司业务决策、合作方向规划提供合规指引与战略参考； 3、负责收集、整理医学研究数据、合作项目数据及行业相关数据，运用数据分析工具进行清洗、分析与可视化呈现，挖掘数据价值，为方案优化、项目复盘及业务调整提供数据支撑； 4、具备较为成熟的项目全生命周期管理能力，包括项目立项、计划制定、资源协调、进度管控、风险预警及成果交付，确保项目按时按质达成目标； 5、负责对内协同工作，联动研发、市场、运营、合规等部门，明确各环节职责与协作流程，推动医学方案、合作项目在内部高效流转与落地，确保信息同步顺畅、资源调配合理。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，医学、公共卫生、药学、生物医学工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的医学专业功底，能够独立撰写医学研究方案、对外合作方案，逻辑清晰、表达严谨、内容专业； 3、数据分析能力：熟练使用Excel、SPSS等数据分析工具，具备数据收集、清洗、分析及报告撰写能力，能从数据中提炼核心观点与决策建议； 4、沟通洽谈与协同能力：具备优秀的口头与书面沟通能力，善于挖掘合作需求、协商合作细节，能高效对接内外部资源，推动跨部门、跨机构协同； 5、适应工作节奏与责任心：具备较强的问题解决能力，工作严谨负责、执行力强。
