1、负责字节跳动集团旗下飞书业务线的产品内容与传播设计工作，涵盖但不仅限于产品获客材料制作、传播物料、品牌礼品等设计工作； 2、具备优秀的审美素养，扎实的视觉设计基础功底； 3、能够精准把握产品核心价值，通过设计手段实现内容信息的高效可视化呈现； 4、对设计工作保有热情，主动学习并掌握新知识与设计工具。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，设计类、计算机科学相关专业优先； 2、能独立完成设计执行与验收，有成熟案例，熟练掌握Figma、AE、C4D等设计工具，同时熟悉PPT及Keynote制作流程，熟悉相关软件/控件操作； 3、具备主动思考能力，能够独立承担并完成设计任务，能够从内容与传播效果最大化的角度提供创意设计方案； 4、注重细节处理，具有开阔的行业视野及快速学习能力，具备优秀的团队协作精神； 5、具备AI相关能力，有系统性的AIGC作品，具有实习经历者优先考虑。
