1、在导师的辅导下，参与搜索全链路算法优化与迭代，包括Query理解、召回、粗排、精排、融合、重排等核心模块，推动模型上线与效果提升，持续改善用户搜索体验； 2、负责搜索场景下的内容理解算法研发，覆盖文本、视频、实体、图片、语音等多模态数据，提升搜推结果的相关性、可信度与实用性； 3、深入理解业务核心场景与用户需求，主动挖掘并落地面向用户价值的算法策略与优化方案； 4、跟踪并研究业界前沿技术，探索大模型、AIGC等新技术在AI搜索场景中的落地与创新应用。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，人工智能、计算机、电子、软件工程、数学等相关专业优先； 2、有深度学习、机器学习基础，熟悉NLP、RL、多模态、搜索广告推荐等技术方向； 3、良好的工程实现能力，熟练使用Python、Go等语言，具备模型训练等经验；在搜索/推荐/广告/大模型等领域有项目经验者优先； 4、具备较强的数据敏感度、问题定位与实验分析能力，能通过数据挖掘持续优化算法； 5、积极主动，责任心强，具备良好的跨团队沟通协作能力，对前沿技术有强烈探索欲。
