日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、目标管理：协助全职同学完成目标管理的数据整理与收集，能基于业务整体目标，向下拆解部门目标及目标节奏，持续迭代目标体系，协助全职同学发现数据表现的问题，有一定下钻归因能力； 2、预算管理：协助全职同学完成预算管理的数据整理与收集，根据策略对不同用户价值的效果和钱效，合理分配预算实现全局预算效率最大化，具备较好的交流沟通能力，能收集与发现各业务的需求与痛点； 3、经营分析：与全职同学对齐业务待下问题，帮助收集与整体所需数据与桌面研究信息，协助完成业务问题识别与归因，给出业务增长的策略建议。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、有战略/商业分析相关实习经验，在电商等交易类业务有相关实习工作经验者优先； 3、有较强的数据能力，包括能够熟练高效完成数据获取、数据处理任务； 4、有较强的逻辑思维能力，能够识别出影响问题解决的关键因素，能独立承担策略分析及推进落地； 5、能协调上下游推进复杂的项目落地。
