日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：抖音生活服务依托抖音POI（Point of Interest）、短视频、直播、搜索等，以“激发线下生意，丰富美好生活”为使命，致力于成为最值得信赖的生活服务平台，为用户提供更丰富、独特的生活体验，为合作伙伴提供包容且公平的健康营商生态。截至2025年底，抖音生活服务业务已覆盖400+城市，超过1500万家动销门店。抖音生活服务将继续携手生态伙伴，为用户提供值得心动的商品和服务。

1、核心负责商家线下沙龙工作，全程参与策划、组织与落地，推进宣发物料（海报、手册等）的设计、制作与交付，并辅助协调现场各类事宜，保障沙龙高效有序开展； 2、辅助开展线上平台内容运营与传播，协助编辑宣发素材、配合完成线上推广，提升内容曝光度与触达率； 3、进行线下活动、线上传播等基础数据分析，整理数据报表、归纳核心信息，提供基础数据支撑； 4、阶段性参与商家及行业调研，为商家成长和运营策略迭代提供建议。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、能多线程高效推进工作，对市场活动组织有热情，对生活服务行业有一定了解或有活动组织相关实习经历者优先； 3、主动积极、善于沟通，具备良好的语言表达能力和现场应变能力，具备基础的数据整理与分析能力； 4、每周能4天及以上出勤，连续实习4个月以上者优先，能配合线下活动出差者优先。
