1、负责抖音推荐类问题排查平台相关工作，提升内部对推荐白盒化理解能力，具体包括面向推荐算法建设Debug提效工具，帮助推荐提升问题发现及排查效率、维护多目标模型效果； 2、能够深入理解业务场景与业务流程，有用户视角，用产品化手段帮助产品及运营团队提高效率； 3、对推荐系统有一定了解，对内容的分发策略有一定的理解与认知，能与内外部合作方高效沟通，把控项目节奏，及时交付拿到结果。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备一定的产品实习经验，有推荐流量或实验管理相关后台、数据库、效率工具或B端相关实习经历优先； 3、有产品架构能力，学习能力较强，能理解数据模型、抽象业务需求； 4、熟练掌握Axure/Sketch等原型设计工具、Visio/ProcessOn等流程优化工具；能熟练使用SQL加分。
