1、负责抖音UGC-供给方向策略运营相关工作，对用户内容投稿行为、消费行为进行数据分析，理解内容特征、判断内容趋势，做好数据挖掘工作； 2、根据平台和业务需求，帮助明确内容类型分类，辅助制定各类内容/兴趣点的标准&规则，帮助迭代大模型效果； 3、通过定性、定量方法评估内容标签树合理性，进行标签树&标签标准刻画、迭代更新，不断提升标准质量、扩大标准覆盖面。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、逻辑思维好，学习能力强； 3、会调PE，有相关策略实习经验、AI大模型实习经验、数据分析经验、较强文本撰写能力优先； 4、具备大数据处理能力，熟练使用SQL/Python/R/Tableau等数据分析和统计分析工具，对常见的统计方法和应用有深入的理解。
