1、协助负责游戏行业广告模型效果优化，参与广告投放策略的制定与调整，通过数据分析与模型优化，提升广告投放的精准度与转化率，为游戏广告主提供更优质的服务； 2、参与游戏广告媒体平台的数据建设工作，协助构建和完善游戏行业用户画像数据，为广告投放提供更精准的数据支持，探索新的游戏广告投放模式，以更精准地匹配游戏和玩家； 3、协助推动基于玩家行为的广告投放产品建设，包括平台化能力和数据监控看板的优化，提升广告主接入和投放效率，帮助客户解决接入问题； 4、协助制定负责方向的关键数据指标，基于数据分析与用户研究，识别潜在的产品需求和优化机会；参与撰写产品方案，并监督其实施，确保产品达到预期效果； 5、关注游戏内容消费趋势和生产模式，对LLM大模型在游戏内容创作、推广等方面的应用进行研究和分析，为游戏广告内容优化提供参考建议，提升广告的吸引力和影响力； 6、协助团队完成其他与游戏广告相关的工作任务，如市场调研、产品分析等，为团队提供有力的支持和帮助。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读； 2、较强的学习能力和责任心，能够快速适应新环境和新任务，独立并迅速地完成分配的工作； 3、对数据有敏锐的洞察力，具备一定的数据分析能力，熟悉Excel、SQL等常用数据分析工具者优先； 4、具备良好的沟通和协调能力，能够有效地协助团队成员分析和解决复杂问题，推动跨部门团队协作； 5、对游戏行业有浓厚兴趣，熟悉国内主流游戏的玩法，并对游戏吸引玩家的机制有好奇心，具有相关行业经验者优先； 6、有AI实践更佳，能够将相关知识应用于游戏广告工作中； 7、至少连续实习3个月，每周4天以上。
