1、业务数据分析与洞察：参与业务问题拆解，理解业务目标、指标和分析口径；使用SQL/Python完成数据提取、清洗、统计分析和可视化；输出结构化分析结论，支持产品、运营或业务决策； 2、数据建模与实验评估：协助完成用户行为分析、特征构建、模型训练和效果评估；参与A/B实验、策略评估、预测建模等数据科学相关工作；对模型或实验结果进行解释，分析效果波动原因和优化方向； 3、AI工具与大模型应用探索：探索大模型、Agent、RAG、自动化数据分析等技术在DS工作流中的应用；将AI工具用于SQL/Python辅助、数据理解、分析报告生成等场景；搭建轻量Demo或自动化脚本，验证AI对分析效率和质量的提升。

1、本科及以上学历在读，统计、数学、计算机、AI等相关专业优先； 2、熟练SQL+Python，具备数据分析与建模基础； 3、理解常见统计方法、机器学习基础和实验评估； 4、对AI/大模型有强兴趣，有实际探索项目经验。
