日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与国际支付场景下的风控算法工作，支持支付风控、信贷风控和合规治理等方向的日常分析与模型建设； 2、协助挖掘用户行为、交易链路、风险特征等信息，支持风险识别、信用评估、欺诈检测等相关工作； 3、参与风控特征体系、样本评估体系和基础用户画像建设，协助完成数据整理、分析和效果跟踪； 4、协助探索机器学习、深度学习、LLM、图模型等技术在全球化风险场景中的应用； 5、参与模型训练、验证、迭代优化及部分流程支持工作，帮助提升模型开发与分析效率； 6、与业务、产品、风控、合规等团队协作，支持风控相关项目推进和日常研究工作。

1、硕士及以上学位在读，数学、统计、计算机、数据科学、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、对支付、金融、风控或AI算法方向有兴趣，愿意在真实业务场景中持续学习和积累； 3、具备基础的数据分析和编程能力，熟悉Python、SQL中至少一种； 4、了解机器学习、深度学习或数据挖掘的基本概念，有课程项目、比赛或相关实践经历加分； 5、逻辑清晰，责任心强，学习能力和沟通协作能力较好，能支持跨团队配合； 6、每周可实习4天，连续实习3个月，长期实习优先。

加分项 1、有支付风控、信贷风控、反欺诈、合规治理、金融犯罪识别等相关课程、项目或实习经历； 2、了解Hive、Spark、Flink、PyTorch、TensorFlow等工具或框架中的一种或几种； 3、对LLM、图谱挖掘、多模态、欺诈检测、信用评估等方向有兴趣或实践经验； 4、英文读写能力较好，可支持国际化业务场景下的学习和协作。
