日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：人力与管理部作为公司的职能部门之一，助力字节跳动从一家创业公司发展成为拥有超过十万名员工的全球化公司。人力与管理部以“释放人才成长力，激发组织生命力”为使命，在组织、人才、文化等方面持续像打造产品一样打造公司，推动业务成长。

1、长期跟踪、调研全球范围内AI行业发展趋势、绘制行业地图，聚焦AI细分领域开展深度研究，协助完成行业调研全流程工作，输出高质量行业调研及相关报告，支撑团队决策； 2、深入理解公司业务需求与战略方向，识别符合业务发展的核心人才，协助推进高阶人才吸引与落地全流程工作（含人才挖掘、资质评估、面试跟进等），长期运营人才资源，搭建行业交流窗口，维护良好的行业人才对接氛围； 3、协助开展项目管理相关工作，配合输出适配招聘场景的工具文档，优化工作流程，持续提升团队工作效率；同步协助完成业务对接、员工入职引导、合作渠道维护等基础管理事宜； 4、负责相关数据的统计、整理与分析，输出数据报告，确保数据精准、反馈及时，为团队工作优化提供数据支撑。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、商务英语流利者优先，能保证连续实习3个月及以上，每周出勤4天及以上者优先考虑，具备基础的AI行业认知，对AI行业发展有一定兴趣和敏感度，愿意深入探索AI细分领域； 3、具备较强的快速学习能力与结构化输出能力，擅长行业研究与报告撰写，能高效完成调研任务并输出规范报告； 4、熟练运用Excel、Word、PPT等办公软件，具备基础的数据统计与分析能力，能高效完成文档整理、数据汇总工作； 5、亲和力强，做事耐心细致、认真负责；善于沟通协调，逻辑思维清晰、应变能力佳，富有团队协作精神，能积极配合团队完成各项工作。
