日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责支持抖音生活服务大促会场/营销资源位的设计，参与会场魔方组件设计、全域资源审核等相关工作； 2、与设计师、产品、市场等角色合作，理解业务诉求，高质量输出设计，并能从提效的角度，定义和沉淀标准化魔方组件； 3、专业扎实，有较突出的视觉表现能力，能够高标准地完成设计输出，韧性强。

1、本科及以上学历在读，设计类相关专业优先； 2、有较强的自驱力和学习能力，热爱产品设计，注重设计细节与落地； 3、具备良好的沟通与协作能力，乐观积极，能够与不同的角色清晰的沟通，有能力让协作方理解你的方案。
