日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：国际商业化产品与技术团队支持字节跳动国际产品的广告产品与变现技术。我们负责end2end的大型广告系统建设，为客户提供商业推广方式与方案。我们的团队遍布北京、上海、美国、新加坡等地，在这里你将有机会开阔自己的国际化视野，接触到全球领先的商业产品架构、模型和算法，并有机会参与并推动互联网广告行业的创新和变革。

1、负责国际化短视频创新广告样式及产品的需求的Demo制作跟进、PRD撰写、跟进需求研发上线； 2、梳理长期的创意征集流程，与运营、销售紧密沟通，面向广告公司及团队内部征集创意想法，推进想法调研及Demo制作，输出并跟进需求落地； 3、从应用层梳理各广告产品的创新样式调用诉求，搭建完善的样式调用、配置流程。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、对互联网广告领域感兴趣，善于观察及分析，能够站在变现及用户视角理解、分析、解决问题； 3、逻辑思维能力强，对数据敏感，能够通过数据推理发现问题； 4、乐观开朗、有求知欲、自驱、抗压、积极主动； 5、连续实习不少于4-5个月。
