团队介绍：抖音内容质量与数据服务平台（简称CQC）归属于抖音集团，负责今日头条、抖音等产品内容和抖音集团商业内容的安全质量与体验。平台下设内容质量中心、商业生态与安全、生态治理与增长支持等业务，在全国20余个城市均有分布。 自成立以来，CQC持续守护抖音集团旗下包括抖音、今日头条、番茄小说、飞书、红果短剧等产品在内的安全、质量与体验，优化产品内创作与交流环境，且在各产品运营增长方面开展支持工作。

ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、风险内容分析与策略落地：负责平台各类风险内容的识别与深度分析，梳理风险特征与违规逻辑，搭建并迭代常态化风控处置策略，通过规则与技术手段拦截违规内容，遏制风险扩散； 2、重大舆情风险处置：依托反作弊行为识别能力，重点处置社会热敏、快速研判风险等级与传播隐患，落地专项风控方案，阻断违规舆情传播，守住平台合规与内容安全底线； 3、风控模型建设与账号治理：配合产品、研发团队迭代优化行为识别风控模型，结合业务场景输出规则、特征及优化建议，基于行为模型挖掘、溯源关联作弊账号，并部署策略批量完成限流、封禁、整改等处置工作，净化平台账号生态； 4、常态化风控复盘优化：定期复盘内容风控、舆情处置、账号治理相关数据与案例，梳理现存漏洞与问题，持续优化风控策略与模型规则，提升平台风险防控、反作弊及舆情应急处置能力。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备较强的风险敏感度与内容研判能力，能够快速识别各类隐性、新型风险内容，优先考虑有色嫖赌、欺诈、涉政治理经验； 3、具备基础的风控策略思维，能够基于风险分析结果独立梳理、设计风控处置规则与拦截策略，具备策略落地、迭代优化的实操意识； 4、了解互联网反作弊、用户行为识别基本逻辑，具备账号作弊行为挖掘、溯源、批量治理的思路，有风控模型、算法协同经验者优先； 5、具备良好的数据分析能力，可通过数据复盘风控效果，定位问题并输出优化方案，能用数据支撑策略迭代与业务优化。
