ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、基于生活服务业务场景（商家/商品/直播/短视频/POI/互动内容质量把控等）及规则理解，设计并编排大模型方案，提升生活服务模型对用户体验、风控等方面的治理能力，输出针对性解决方案； 2、承接生活服务行业需求，结合数据分析能力（如VVR、漏放率、误杀率等核心指标），建立“需求分析-策略优化-效果反馈-持续跟进”的全链路机制； 3、对生活服务各业务场景的模型进行调优，挖掘模型优化机会点，协同产品、算法团队推进方案落地，提升内容质量治理效率、降低人力内容质量治理成本； 4、监控模型异常指标，优化Prompt编排及Workflow架构，对大模型/RAG效果负责，保障大模型内容质量治理策略的稳定性与有效性。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，自然语言处理、计算机、人工智能、数据科学等相关专业优先； 2、其余专业有模型领域研究实践经验亦可；了解模型技术，参与过模型训练和优化迭代过程，熟练掌握Prompt编写、应用和优化技巧，了解AI Agents原理，对人机辅助有兴趣有行动； 3、具备良好的学习能力和沟通协调能力，协调推进各方达到项目目标。
