1、负责UE5TPS游戏核心玩法全流程测试，涵盖角色移动、枪械射击、弹道仿真、后坐力、瞄准判定、受击反馈、角色碰撞、物理模拟、镜头逻辑、多人对战同步等核心模块；深度理解TPS射击游戏机制，挖掘玩法逻辑漏洞、手感异常、判定错误、表现Bug，输出专业测试报告与问题复现步骤； 2、全程跟进Bug提交、复现、定位、修复、回归闭环，配合开发排查Crash、内存溢出、容器越界、逻辑异常等技术问题；参与测试流程、用例规范、资源规范的制定与优化，沉淀TPS射击游戏专项测试经验； 3、识别流程痛点，进行工具或者流程方向的优化或总结，能对日常的测试流程进行标准化，提高效率； 4、协助开展游戏帧率，内存，加载速度等性能测试，使用UE Insight工具采集数据，记录卡顿，进行定位分析。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、电子信息、数字媒体技术、游戏开发等相关专业； 2、技术基础： 1）熟练掌握C++或Python至少一门编程语言，具备代码阅读与基础脚本开发能力； 2）掌握计算机基础、数据结构、操作系统、计算机网络核心知识，理解内存管理、程序运行基本原理； 3、业务认知： 1）了解Unreal Engine4/5引擎基础操作，熟悉蓝图、场景编辑、物理碰撞等基础模块； 2）熟悉TPS/FPS类射击游戏核心玩法，对游戏测试有基本认知，了解常见游戏缺陷类型； 4、能力素养： 1）具备良好的测试思维与逻辑分析能力，擅长边界场景分析与问题复现； 2）做事细心严谨，有较强的自驱力与学习能力，愿意深耕游戏技术测试领域； 3）具备良好的沟通表达与团队协作意识，能够高效推进问题解决。

加分项 1、有UE4/UE5游戏项目开发、测试实习经历，或独立完成过UE相关课程设计、个人Demo； 2、深度射击游戏玩家，熟悉主流TPS产品机制，对射击手感、平衡设计有自己的理解； 3、使用过Unreal Insights、RenderDoc、AddressSanitizer等性能或内存检测工具，有实际问题定位经验； 4、有自动化测试框架搭建、测试工具开发、持续集成相关实践经验； 5、了解游戏客户端常见崩溃、内存越界、野指针等问题的排查思路。
