1、深入理解采购业务及其经营风险，通过风险判断、策略分析和治理机制建设，推动采购合规向主动治理升级，在风险、效率与业务体验之间形成有效平衡； 2、采购治理策略与体系建设：深入理解采购业务模式、流程与品类特点，识别关键风险与治理机会；建立基于风险和ROI的治理判断方法，明确“哪些问题需要管、为什么管、管到什么程度”，形成治理策略、控制方案与持续优化机制；持续优化采购制度、流程、控制点及关键管理机制；参与风险Review、治理指标等运营机制建设并持续迭代；将项目经验沉淀为规则、方法与可复用的治理能力； 3、主动风险治理：从日常咨询、案例与业务数据中识别共性风险及趋势，由个案处理升级为系统性问题治理；主动与采购经营、业务团队沟通，推动重点风险专题从发现、分析、方案设计到落地闭环； 4、跨团队协同：与采购经营、产品、数据、内控、内审及业务团队建立有效合作，在保持独立风险判断的同时，以解决问题为导向推动跨团队共识和落地； 5、AI与数据应用：主动使用数据和AI提升风险分析、策略研究与治理效率，与AI/数据角色合作，将业务规则、案例及风险判断转化为可数字化、可智能化的治理能力。

1、较强的复杂问题分析与策略判断能力，能从模糊问题中提炼核心矛盾并形成明确判断； 2、较强的风险意识与风险判断能力，能综合风险影响、业务价值、治理成本与ROI做取舍； 3、较强的业务理解能力，能理解业务目标、模式与实际执行场景，而非简单套用制度或规则； 4、有体系建设或复杂项目经验，能从单点问题推动流程、机制或组织能力改善； 5、较强的负责人意识，能主动发现问题，有较强的跨团队沟通与影响能力，能面对不同立场推动共识与结果，英文可作为办公语言； 6、有跨区域，跨业务的采购、流程治理、风险管理、内控、咨询等复杂业务经验以及数据分析或AI应用等实践经验优先。
