1、负责大模型驱动的电商个性化推荐算法优化，覆盖商品、直播、短视频等多场景，联动推荐与广告系统，提升数亿用户使用体验； 2、融合大模型、表征学习、图模型、多任务学习等技术，优化信息匹配效率与预估效果，自动挖掘优质、高口碑商品及主播，助力用户便捷触达好货； 3、基于大模型挖掘与分析用户行为数据，构建用户长短期兴趣模型，精准预测潜在需求与购买意图，持续提升推荐精准性； 4、深入内容电商业务场景，设计大模型与算法、策略一体化的技术方案，构建良性电商生态，驱动业务快速增长； 5、在超大规模在线深度学习框架下，结合大模型研究前沿技术，探索下一代预估建模与推荐方案，推进算法与模型创新。

1、2027届硕士及以上学位在读，计算机相关专业； 2、拥有扎实的算法和数据结构基础，优秀的编码能力，熟练掌握C++和Python语言，熟悉Linux开发环境； 3、机器学习基础扎实，熟悉常用算法模型，了解大模型在推荐、广告领域的应用者优先； 4、熟悉XGBoost、TensorFlow、PyTorch中至少一种开源工具，具备优秀的学习、分析及问题解决能力，对技术挑战充满热情； 5、热爱技术工作，具备良好的沟通表达能力与团队合作精神，能高效推进技术方案落地。

加分项 1、有个性化推荐、广告、信息检索、自然语言处理、大模型应用及机器学习相关领域的研究或项目实践经验； 2、在KDD、NeurIPS、WWW、SIGIR、WSDM、ICML、IJCAI、AAAI、RecSys等国际会议发表过论文，或有数据挖掘/机器学习相关竞赛经历。
