1、负责公司广告大数据的离线和实时数据流； 2、为公司广告策略产品提供大数据存储、分析、计算支持； 3、为大数据的全生命周期提供服务，覆盖数据产生、传输、建模、统计分析、实验评估、可视化的全流程； 4、构建设计良好的数据流、数据仓库、调度系统、查询引擎、数据服务、分析系统、流程规范、数据工具/产品，降低数据的使用门槛，保证系统稳定高效运行； 5、探索大模型与数据的深度融合，在生产侧（AI辅助数仓开发、需求理解Agent）和消费侧（对话式取数、自助分析、智能归因）落地AI能力，重塑数据的生产与使用方式。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、统计、数学等相关专业优先； 2、至少熟练Python、Java、C/C++等语言的一种，熟练SQL； 3、使用过Hadoop/Spark/Hive/Kafka等分布式开源项目，或ES/Druid/Superset等开源产品者优先； 4、具备较强的数据分析与业务理解能力，能从数据中发现问题、拆解归因、形成结论者优先； 5、对大模型/AI Agent有了解或实践经验（如大模型API、Prompt工程、RAG、Agent开发）者优先，乐于探索数据与AI结合的新范式。
