1、结合业务发展阶段与人才需求，制定招聘策略与招聘规划，统筹招聘资源调度，推动关键招聘项目高效落地，保障招聘目标达成； 2、负责招聘运营体系建设，围绕招聘标准、流程规则等关键环节进行梳理与优化，推动招聘机制持续完善，提升整体招聘质量与效率； 3、负责招聘数据的日常运营与分析，支持搭建及维护招聘数据看板，定期输出数据分析与业务洞察，为渠道优化、流程改进及策略调整提供支持； 4、参与招聘项目全流程运营，识别招聘过程中的关键卡点与体验问题，输出结构化解决方案并推动落地，持续优化候选人体验和招聘交付效果； 5、协同HRBP、招聘团队及相关合作方推进重点项目，支持目标管理、过程跟踪、节点干预及跨团队协作，保障招聘运营工作有序开展。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上招聘相关工作经验，有招聘流程优化、标准机制建设、招聘项目管理等相关经验者优先； 2、具备较强的学习能力和思考总结能力，能够快速理解业务、拆解问题，并形成清晰有效的解决方案； 3、责任心强，沟通协作能力优秀，做事踏实务实，有韧性，能够在复杂协作场景中高效推进项目； 4、对数据敏感，逻辑清晰，具备数据分析能力和结构化思考能力，能够基于数据发现问题并提出优化建议； 5、熟练使用基础办公软件，同时对AI等新工具应用有好奇心。
